My Passions Burn Brighter Than My Fears

“If your not willing to risk, you cannot grow. If you cannot grow, you cannot be your best. if you cannot be your best, you cannot be happy. If you cannot be happy, what else is there?”

~Les Brown

Over the last few years I had felt stuck in a cycle that was draining me mentally and physically. My happiness and sense of purpose were dissipating, I knew it was time for change! After I started realizing my potential and my worth through self care activities and inner healing I knew what it would take to live my life as my Best self. Real change would take being able to step out of my comfort zone, I would need to find what I was most passionate about and use it to drive me to take control of life. Fear of change is something we all have struggled with at one point. Once we can face that and be ok with being ”uncomfortable” we can truly make change!

I have been learning more about myself, things I never realized before. The need to better myself has become my top priority not only for me but for my daughter as well. I spent a lot of time searching for ways to incorporate my burning passion for helping others live out their life confidently, as well as to motivate them to become the best version they can of themselves. For me that is something that gives me purpose, motivates me to never give up and to keep consistent on my own Health & Wellness Journey.

Luckily for me I found a community, Mummies on A Mission. A strong group of women who empower other women all while sharing their own life journey! They have helped in-still a confidence in me I had believed was long gone. Being able to find like minded women have really helped me to become who I have become so far, I have a ways to go but with these people at my side I know I can change lives, including my own!

When you feel stuck because of that fear of change, remind yourself you are capable, you are worthy, you are strong! Take the chances you wouldn’t normally take, that is where the true change lies. Only then will you be able to be truly happy.
